Last updated: June 14, 2025
Travellog ("we", "our", or "us") is a travel logging app that lets you record and share your trips. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
Account information When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and optionally a profile photo and date of birth. These are provided directly by you or via Google/Apple sign-in.
Trip data Trips, locations, transport, activities, notes, and photos you add to the app are stored on our servers so they are accessible across your devices and shared with trip participants you invite.
Invitations If you invite someone to a trip we store their email address until they accept, decline, or you cancel the invitation.
Push notification token If you grant notification permission, we store a device token to deliver trip invitations to your device. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to operate the app: displaying your trips, syncing across devices, sharing trips with participants you invite, and sending you invitation notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
